Sana Toosangi, a 12-year-old girl from Kermanshah, was killed on January 9, 2026, in Hashtgerd. At the time of her death, she was living in Hashtgerd, Isfahan. Reports indicate that Sana was shot directly by security forces with live ammunition. She sustained fatal injuries to her waist and the back of her neck from a Kalashnikov assault rifle.
